Our main equipment were imported from Germany, USA, Japan and Korea, which include different kinds of CNC center, turning center, high speed precision machining center, robots, and other kinds of advanced equipment that adds up to more than 700sets. All processing covers metal machining, laser cutting, fabrication, welding, painting, anodizing, pickling, assembling, final assembling, inspection, testing, verification that throughout the product manufacturing and life-cycle.
We make full implementation of the lean production mode, and most of the parts or the critical components are processed as on piece flow from blank to the finishing, the parts self-machining ratio is more than 85%. In recent years the company constantly enhances the level of the equipment's automation, now the automatic and semi-automatic rates are over 95%.
The advanced equipment and excellent engineering team ensure our processing capacity, which covers aluminum, brass, iron, normal steel and high strength stainless steel(including austenitic and duplex stainless steel).
